AI learning process

1. Intial setup

At the moment you connect Superinbox to your email account, your last 300 sent emails will be processed to:

• Identifiy your writing patterns across different contexts
• Extracts key facts about your current projects and relationships
• Creates baseline tone of voice and knowledge systems

Result: AI will start to undersand your style and preferences to prepare useful drafts from day one, without manual action expected from you

2. Getting smarter over time

SuperInbox’s most powerful feature is how our draft engine is self improving day after day, learning from every email you send. How does it work?

1. For emails you receive that expect an answer, a draft will be prepare for you
2. You can review this draft, edit it, and send your email
3. Once the modified draft is sent, AI learns from it and can improve itself

3. Accelerate Learning

To speed up the improving process, you can manuall add context. You can either upload context documents or write your custom instructions in plain text. These elements you add manually will override any information from the AI self-improving itself. Learn more about this here
