Add context to improve your drafts. Two simple levers: upload documents and write instructions. The AI already learns from your emails; use these to fill gaps and enforce specific behaviors.
Why

How
  1. Open Dashboard > Knowledge Management
  2. Click Upload Document
  3. Choose a PDF and optionally add a short description
  4. Confirm the upload
PDFs only, ideally text-based (not scanned). Keep each document focused.

  • Guide precise habits (tone, structure, exceptions)
  • Cover rules not visible in recent emails

How
  1. Open Dashboard > Knowledge Management
  2. Click Add Instructions
  3. Write in plain English
  4. Click Save to apply immediately
